Floating bird observation hide

henrik • innovation is the leading manager for “Innovative Bird observation hide” which we won in a competition. The project was published by Realdania, the Birdlife Fund and Aage V. Jensen Foundation. The project team consists of Holscher Design A / S, Biotope (N) and Søren Jensen Advisory Engineer A / S.

The project development is to create a new type of floating bird observation hide that allows the users to reach the birds’ aquatic environment behind a mirror glass window closely without disturbing them.

The first shed will be located in Tryggelev Nor on Langeland, and subsequently the team hopes to realize similar shells elsewhere in Denmark.
